Gee its been a long time since I played bg so I can barely remember any items etc. so I am just going by memory here.

Major spells - Charm, domination etc.
Throw in a high carisma (or the ring which gives 18+ charisma) and with a bit of work I think she would be a amusing rp.

Cha: 8 (low because of being recognised and known for killing the king)
Rest of skills can be left to choice.

Proficincies in Crossbows and shortswords. (Maybe even get a mod for a double crossbow)
Major thief abilities go to setting snares and disarming traps.
