why don't Ctrl+Y him and then CLUA yourself 100000XP
This certainly is the fastest and most rewarding way to kill him.

As for legitimate ways the fastest are of course several Lower MR plus Greater Malison plus instant death/1HP spell (Quivering Palm, Harm, Finger of Death,...)
