Recently had to reformat my computer, again. Prior to reformatting I had my IE address bar set so that it wouldn't maintain a list of addresses typed, considering I have the favorites menu it was extraneous (sp?).

I can't recall how I did that, and I can't find it in the Internet Options. Can anyone tell me how to get that back? thanks in advance.

On a side note, what's a good free .rar file opener/creator. I know winrar is decent. But are there others, reputable clean download sources are always appreciated.

And if I go with winrar, what is the official website. Soo many looks-like-they-might-be sites around.
