For Nalia, someone should have met up with you to tell you how to get back with you. But if you want spoilers on how to get her back, here they are.

Visit Isea's Estate in the Goverment District and search it in on of his dressers to find a document. Also, there is a drunken man outside the Sea's Bounty that can tell you about someone inside the Tavern to can tell you more about slaving (I think, been awhile since I've done it). Go into the Bounty and talk to Officer Dirth to get the next documents.

After this, re-visit the Goverment District and give the papers to Corgeig Axehand in the Council of Six building and he will speak with Isea, he will be arrested and you will get Nalia back.
