haha yes you are correct, raised in SA, and now living in the soon to be "smoke free" CBD of Orange!
Will be an interesting change, if anything, I just want the ferals that chain smoke in their little "gangs" out the front of shops and coffee shops to go away.
But do I really think it will have an effect? not really, they can barely police everything else let alone standing around giving out fines for smokers!
As for the People of Orange... there's a big divide of opinions (pretty much the smokers vs. the non.smokers!) some are really happy, some are REALLY pissed off.
I just think our council want's attention (bunch of old men pretending to do their jobs)
