You could do it with one spell list per specialist class, that is how it works in Dragonlance.
Manikus:
I clicked the "manikus' Dungeon Craft" link on your post above and I got:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
