A few of the major vendors offer XP downgrades from Win 7 licenses, but I manage to play all my games fine on Win7 and love it.
I won't get into an argument over which brand is best as its a fruitless argument, but if you can't decide what you want, let us know and I'll post a page full of my thoughts
