I used to work for Blizzard - though in Europe and I can say without any doubt in my mind that the biggest wow junkies of the world are the people behind the game. In this I mean the Game Masters and the developers - they live with it 8 hours at work and go home to raid with their friends - most of those being colleagues.
I can see your point - but the thing I don't like is that it opens up for stuff like this - alas - there is a silver lining to every dark cloud and every coin has a dark side too...So I think I do understand your point after all.
I thought about freedom of speech and that brought up the ridicolous muhammad crisis we had in Denmark - so I guess there is a flip side to freedom of speech too...

Well it IS nice to know any citizen can file a lawsuit for a supposed wrong done to them and be relatively assured of their day in court. Of course, the flipside to that is that you also get extremely frivolous and ridiculous lawsuits (such as this) filed because of that right as well.
