That's the IP address of your router...you can reset it to it's defaults via instructions you can find at it's manufacturer's website.

Sometimes Linksys routers require that you make an exception to allow game consoles to connect through them, and I imagine that some other brands do as well. DLink, in my experience, does not, but I haven't used every product they have on the market, either. If it's a dynex-brand (Best Buy's awful store brand), then you should probably return it, as I've found many instances of their products only working properly in conjunction with their products, and wouldn't be surprised if a base-model was incompatible with game consoles.

As for the password, I'd check "default" and "admin" and *blank* for both username and password, even before bothering to go find the manual on the manufacturer's website.
