Usually, I draw these things in a few steps:
1. Scribble/sketch
2. Clean up scribble/sketch into line drawing
3. Color and shade
This time, I skipped #2
Hobgoblins are ugly anyway, so I guess it works...
The MM mentions bright colors and red, so I gave the hobgoblin red pants
