Yeah this is rather surprising. I go attend school in Syacuse, roughly an hour north of Binghampton. I pass through the city on my way home for breaks, and I have many friends who go to Binghampton University. Upstate NY is a relatively quiet place, no one could even think of it happening here. Downstate maybe, but not upstate.
