Most people don't post because; they hear it on the radio, see it on TV, then come here, and I have kept them up to date. But, as Luvian pointed out, this is propoganda. It is your opinion and your political leaning that you are spouting. My problem, and the problem that the others have with it, is not what you are spouting, but
how you are spouting it. See, even now you cannot avoid saying things like how you like to "see the Democrats squirm". You constantly fall back to this left vs. right thing in a gaming forum. This is not a political forum, it is a gaming forum. This is a sub-forum within IW that provides us a place to talk about current events, not argue the everlasting argument about which political side we should be on.
Let me, one last time, touch on the main points that I have been trying to communicate to you and then be done with it, because I think it's approaching dead-horse status (at least, for me it feels like I have said this many times).
You say many don't post because they read the news and that you provide it here for them. But you are not providing it, you are providing your political take on it. Basically, you are taking on the role of a right-wing political pundit. This isn't fair to the rest of IW, is it? Your presenting to them a filtered version of the news, the same way I would be if I was doing what you do from my democratic standpoint. I mean, I could simply open up many of the left-leaning websites like the Huffington Post, and then create 5 or 6 threads here per day, based on what I can scour, equipped with their and my take on it, all tailored to the democratic cause and beliefs. But I don't because I (A) Don't have the time to do so, (B) Recognize that I would come off as a conceited twat, (C) Don't quite get the same kick out of arguing with someone like you every day, as you do with me (or anyone else). It does not delight me or motivate me to spam the current events forum with my own left-wing threads. Understand, I don't care enough about your political compass for it to matter to me, that is why I am encouraging you to spread your message on your Blog rather than on a forum that is not political. If I was concerned with you speaking your message at all then I wouldn't suggest it.
Then, of course, we have the whole issue when someone actually argues your points. I've done it enough, god knows. I have watched others do it too. You never concede, or attempt to see anyone's view. You view is gospel and nobody will tell you otherwise. You come off as arrogant, directly or indirectly insult those who disagree with you, and pretty much engage in ego-games about you being right and them being wrong. There is zero room for debate and much room for you to "educate" people on how they "got it wrong". Atop this, to put it nicely, your communication can be quite dizzying at times, frequently meandering into totally irrelevant subjects that have nothing to do with the topic being discussed.
Finally, you have basically conceded that your main reason for creating these threads is the following.

What you describe here is called baiting. If your sole reason for posting is to bait "the other side" into an argument, which you will never listen to anyway, then I would say two things 1) It is against the forum rules and 2) you need to get out more and find a better hobby (how about a blog?)
On a personal note, I would say that, after reading a fair amount of your threads and taking part in more than one back and forth with you, I truly believe that there is a psychological aspect to it and I am leaning toward a narcissistic type of issue. Don't take it from me, get some professional opinions on your postings here, ask for their honest thoughts on your communications, how you deal with conflict and your stated reasons for creating threads. Ask more than one person, and try to have them look at your actual threads on this forum. I think the answers could be enlightening.
Before you mention any political figures or government body, I want to reiterate here that this is about you. Not GWB or Obama, not Republicans or Democrats. It is about the "how" of the delivery as opposed to what is being delivered. People here generally are respectful, so it wouldn't make sense for them to all be pretending to have an issue with you, butreally have an issue with your political leanings. My point is, when you assume that the only reason all these people could be bitching at you is because they don't agree with you politically and don't agree with your political leanings, it does the IW community a disservice. I know I wouldn't take all this time to explain myself unless I was telling the truth. Try to accept that.
