OUCH! That really sucks, Variol. It hurts even worse because it is undeserved. I'm sorry for the penalty and I don't think it's right, but I agree with FSA about rocking the boat. You already contested the decision and didn't win. I really doubt you'll have any luck going higher up the ladder because your dept. mgr and HR will present a solidified front against you.

And, yes, I did misread your statement about the monthly commissions. I'm sorry I misunderstood your statement before.
