That's a tricky question. The lymphs point only to the blood, but most infections get in there regardless of where they start. Fluish, coldy kinds of infections usually produce a swelling of the lymph nodes so it is safe to say it is prolly one of these. Like I said, fluids and something like the echinacea herb or a good calcium supplement to alkalize the blood, should clear it up.
