The last two paragraphs are my goal. I don't want to go down some dirty road. I do plan to be assertive.

If the manager from Framingham is still there, I would have her as my champion. We actually hug each other when we see each other.

My team manager has only been so for a month now, so I don't think that will work. My former manager is retiring in the Summer, so she won't get involved.
