I love using odd collections of NPC. The temptation to use Imoen, Minsc, Dynaheir, Khalid and Jaheira is strong, it fits the story, but MInsc is the only interesting one. I rather enjoy carting a collection of wierdos and malcontents around the Sword Coast. Tiax is a star, truly insane, Viconia should be in prison for something, Edwin is borderline psychotic. Xan I always end up killing, too depressing. I get confused about the last.
