Okay, take a deep breath.
Read the instructions on the page, b/c the vast majority of colleges and universities aren't on the list (mine isn't). It requires a different path and a slightly longer verification process that was like five or six hours in my case (I think it sayys something like 24 hours).
It may be an issue that you are not taking classes at the moment, I guess it depends on how quickly your school purges it's databases.
If you can't get it now, you know that it's there to be had when you're taking classes again.
Also, as I have stated here and Paul and I have talked about at some length on the Yahoo list, we need a lot of help that doesn't involve programming. We need people making demo designs for the bug list. We have the Quality Assurance team working on finding bugs in the databases. We need people to use DC and document it's features. There is a lot of stuff that we need that is not programming.
It's importnat to note that all of this stuff must be done, so if we wait for Paul and the other coders to do it after the programming is done, we are exponentially increasing the time it takes us to get the next release of DC out the door. Plus, Paul does not want to do the things I've listed above.
So, people, there are lots of ways to help out the Dungeon Craft project without doing a single lick of programming and all of it's important for us to see new releases.
Specail thanks to Arminius and Pete Deal who are already helping me out with the database checking. You guys rock!
