EDIT:Also forgot to mention that the effigy in question was hung by noose just yards from our Martin Luther King Jr. Heritage Center. I hope the culprits get to be interviewed by the Secret Service on this one---it would serve them right.

As for the 'serious' effigy hangers..."you can't fix stupid"
