I notice it with "Bones" (excellent show btw, other than..) the CSI's, Sarah Conner chronicles; even Knight Rider was annoying that way at times.
The other thing I really hate is the stupid logos in the bottom right hand corner. As if anybody cares what station they're watching the show on.
