And in order to leave the city, you have to actualy go through the city gates. And I mean, actualy walk though the actual physicaly city gates. Just leaving from the city gates sector isnt enough. Youd be surprised how many dont realise this.
Anyway, once youve done that you can just walk to de'arnise and the other areas that will become available.
