Yes, I am quite aware of the Use Any Item ability, and I am trying to get enough level-ups to get that HLA, but it is getting harder to find easy quests, and I am currently doing the Quest of the Unseeing Eye. After that, its the Fallen Paladin quest, then finally *sigh* The Windspear quest and Big Red.
I'm trying to figure out what level would be best to tackle the Improved Guarded Compound and then the ulimate target

Kangaxx and the Ring of Gaxx. Tis the Ring and I hear that the Tactics mod jacked it up considerably. So naturally I'm trying to level up alot and hopefully get some excellent weapons.
