Casuals complain about hard bosses even after 1 wipe.
"Omg! The boss is hard! I'm off guys"

Casuals need to log off for babies, movies and other type of excuses.
"Guys I need to go, there's a good movie on tv."

Casuals get very angry if you try to correct their way of playing.
"Stop trying to be bossy to me! It's just a game"

Casuals complain about repair bill.
"Wtf! 12g of repair bill? I quit!!"

Yes, I'm stuck in a casual guild. Due to my time zone (+8gmt). There's nothing I can do about it.
I don't think I'm in a hardcore raiding guild, but it's not like we force people to go if they don't want to go. That's why I'm enjoying it, there's no pressure on me if I can't make the raid (other than what I set for myself to gear up). We don't have people who quit in the middle of the raid because the boss is too hard or if they have to repair too much, and they generally accept the advice of our GM.

But I wouldn't say we're hardcore at all - we raid everyday two or three hours max, sometimes less sometimes more depending on the raid. Nobody forces anyone to go if they don't want to. We use the EPGP system so people who don't go will miss out on GP anyway which affects their priority rating for loot. If we can't complete something one day we do it another day before it resets. We're progressing but we're not trying to be world or server firsts or anything like that. It suits me and my schedule perfectly.
