Ah - that is a shame. There are lots of "death effects" that need implementation... Even besides Dragonlance, there are lots of creatures that warrant such abilities:

1. Explosion - gas spores
2. Reviving and fighting for a few rounds more or until hp are -15 (or whatever) - wild boars (I remember fighting wild boars in some Gold Box game)

There are others, but I can't think of them right now...
