Ok, just to make sure I understand this: the folder with "content" has folders like runtime/libraries ect like in your explanation, but when I DL the hair I leave in in the content folder under the hair-name so that it has its own structure in its own folder (again like runtime/libraries ect) or do I OVERWRITE the existing content folders of runtime/libraries ect?

If they DL to thier own folder, then the ones I have DL-ed don't work for victoria 3. If I'm supposed to overwrite the existing files, then I need to do so. I have been playing around with the victoria 3 content, and putting a "catsuit" on her and posing her with a premade pose is simple, but using any DL-ed hair does nothing at this time...
