DS's mod, weapon Questions

I’m just wondering what (and where) are the best weapons in this mod for my party.
My Lord has a great mace and holy avenger dagger (I think I’ve done everything to it)
My Samurai is using the 2 handed Ember at the mo.
My Monk is using Flamestrike staff, it’s ok but would like something better.
My Ninja is using a pole arm I got from the Ratkin Breeder’s can’t remember what its called.

What are the best things for my party to use?
