I'm almost certain she's displayed herself to be a potential threat to others and or herself. She ought to be baker-acted (sp?). At any rate he wouldn't be the one to foot the bill since she's no longer attatched (at least in the legal sense) to him. She's essentially turned to stalking and making his life tough, if not miserable. I'd have filed for a restraining order against her for harassment by the time they went through half of what she put them through.
