A kraken icon, eh?
Hmmm - well, maybe I will do a giant squid or colossal squid one of these days (MM says 60' size, but reality is more like 30'-45'); then, later, I could resize it to double that (MM says 90' size!) or triple that, depending on what size I choose for the giant... But 90' is huge! Might be the biggest icon yet... But I will have to study squid for a while before I can attempt it (who knows how squid attack things? Or even what orientation they float about underwater anyway?)
Thanks for the explanations about the sprite! (Animated sprites seem to be somewhat easier to create, I guess, than normal sprites.)
