when u import the character from BG 1 and then start a new game then it first loads up straight after it has loaded up press spacebar which pauses the game, from here press H to bring the tool bars up and go in ur bag and all ur items will be there from BG1. Now and u can drop everything to the ground, now press space bar again and the guy comes in and uses magic on u etc then he leaves the Iomen comes, after u fnished talking to her u can pick up all ur stuff again.
If u use ur gear from BG will this cause BG2 to crash in the future of the game.
