...it SEEMS like going to Spellhold prevents your stronghold quests from finishing, but I'm not sure. I know I didn't finish the Bard stronghold the first time that way.
What about doing Aran Linvail's tasks, does that terminate stronghold quests? I finished his job but am hanging around Athkatla waiting for the fighter stronghold to finish, but it seems like I've been waiting more than a tenday since the last stronghold quest for a messenger to call me back for the last(?) act of the D'Arnise Keep [never did the fighter stronghold before].
