Saw this in a blurb on G4 (while watching Ninja Warrior)... Ubisoft is announcing a free online HOMM, called HOMM Kingdoms, to be released in the spring. Details here.

There's a new website for it at www.hommkingdoms.com ... looks like there will be a beta, and European purchasers of the complete HOMM set will get a beta key letting them in.
