27) Suna Seni's connection to Irenicus(or)Lavok(or)Tolgerias(or)Sion(or)etc, etc.
28) Restore the quest about the missing Clerics, such as Guardian Herolde
29) Kalah: "This wasn't what was supposed to happen! This wasn't what was promised to me!!!" Promised by whom?
30) Montaron's Body (and how you can only find it if you have Jaheira, and after Xzar's dead)

All of these are "Fix what BioWare never finished" ideas. Also possible are:
31) Give Minsc a quest
32) Give Viconia a quest
33) Give Aerie a quest
34) Give Imoen a quest
35) Give Valygar a quest (the Planar Sphere sort-of counts, but not really.)
