Re: Heroes Season 2 - Spoilers Included
All the same, instant regeneration of cells doesn't necesarily mean infinite regeneration. I think I've heard a theory somewhere that the human lifespan is determined by the number of times your cells can divide/regenerate. So if you go around forcing your body to heal at an accelerated rate you may in fact reduce your life span. Less likely to die of unnatural causes, but still more likely to die young.
Unless you assume the wolverine model, (different universe yeah blah blah) anyways his power being that he not only has accelerated regeneration but also infinite regeneration.
Keep in mind this, like much of science today, is based on a theory (one who's origins I can't even confirm at the moment, to boot) and so it amounts to nothing more than speculation.
So we have multitudes of theories based on theories, and I'm forced to wonder where the science has gone.
(^but that's a different topic for a different day in a different forum, as it has nothing directly to do with the show)
