Based on the numbers there, I added a sketch of some NPCs I'm likely to know of and interact with to the bottom of my character sheet for your approval.
Also, since the Jaguar laserknife is apparently standard kit among most groups, does that mean the engineers can be assumed to have their own or do I borrow them from the armoury?
Another important question: what are the federation colours we're wearing?
