Anybody's guess really. It's not like a 46 year old pizza delivery man has any reason to rob a bank. I mean, why would they?
That said, no one would willingly allow a bomb to be placed around their neck. I wouldn't mind knowing a few more of the facts before forming an opinion. There are too many possibilities as it is.
