So far, the judge has ordered the plaintiff to pay for the court cost of the dry cleaner...but that amounts to only about $1000 (court fees, photocopying costs, etc). It does not cover their attorney's fees, which are in the area of $100,000. I really hope that this guy ends up having to cover the attorney's fees too, because no one should be able to force a business to pay out 100 grand because he won't take a more than generous settlement ($3,000 to 12,000 offered for a pair of pants?).
