When in doubt you have two options.
1. No feedback.
2. A positive feedback rating with negative remarks. I have done this several times.
Positive = Seller was fast to cash and slow to ship. Package arrived several days after seller said item was shipped.
Item arrived as described, three weeks after auction ended.
Seller provided contact information, pay options, and end of auction sale within 24 hours. Seller shipped unwrapped package through regular mail 13 days after auction ended and charged first class shipping and x $ for packing and handling.
People will be people!
