I heard about a law on the table, either for the entire US or for some single state(Might have been Texas.), which basically stated that you had the right to use deadly force to defend yourself if you "suspected imminent danger."
In other words: "Man, that dude is looking at me funny, good thing I brought my Colt Anaconda to Wal*Mart!"
Did anyone else catch that article?
