Its probably a lot like Cuba, where the govt. can only win if they keep their people blinded in ignorance and away from ideas of a better life and independence. They're banned from using any tool that would lead them to websites that would teach them something useful. Ironworks is not yet banned because we are considered a gaming forum and not dangerous with innovative thought provoking.

At least, that is what comes to mind when trying to make an excuse up out of thin air, backed by testimonials from three different cuban friends.
