Oh, such as learning to fly? Osama is far from a dirt poor farmer. In fact, he was extremely well educated, and while a lot of the people he sends to their deaths may not be as well educated, some of them were far from stupid. I actually took ground school training to be a pilot, at one time, and I'll tell you that while it's not rocket science, it's not exactly basic mathematics either.
I'd also like an explanation of how the War on Terror could have been carried out, as you said in your last post, with no loss of life, considering the way it started.
Edit: Also, as a point to order; to say that radical Islam bears nobody any ill will, or to say that anyone that says they do has their head up their ass is totally ignoring the factual events of 9/11. Unless Radical Islam isn't responsible for that catastrophe? Did I miss something somewhere?
