Well, go to the RP forum and check out the "A Different Kind of Game(Recruiting)"-thread. Basically the idea would be to run the game over MSN, just using the forum for OOC, between-session chatting, posting recaps of the sessions so people could check up on what had happened, etc.
I was thinking of running one session a week or such, have people get together in a group chat, do the thing. Almost like a standard pen and paper session, for the people who were interested in that sort of thing but lacked people to game with in person.
