Indeed, the Big Metal Rod is what I had in mind. Admittedly, I never tried equipping a Monk with it - but I verified with Near Infinity (which tends to be highly reliable), and it claimed it's useable by anyone, even Monks! It seems that the Monk's inability to use two handed weapons is hard-coded into the game engine. Weird!
Oh well... 'twas a fine exercise, still. [img]smile.gif[/img]
