I think I've decided on the 5950 (AMD plus 2xNvidia), provided I can get that little extra bit of cash to cover China's VAT. I think for what I'm doing it will be more beneficial to have that over the top GPU power.

I'm sure I can manage the lifting, I'm not *that* out of shape yet. I wouldn't dream of trying to actually use it on my lap, though, that's for sure!

Unfortunately I can't get an Intel Core 2 with dual Nvidias from Sager, though I did search for it. And quad SLI in a laptop? That'd burn a hole right through my table!
