We should think of moderation here,
just imagine a person who did it just once and he was a foolish p1ssed drunk who didnt know any better and his hands were just all over the place. Of course the woman would sue sexual harrasement there and then. He goes to court, gets no jail time but HAS a record for sexual assault. Now in the record will only say he did a sexual crime but in the eyes of people he is might as well be a pedophile or a rapist.

In a way I am glad they did a seperate markings on the offenders crimes in the website. But then again, if this system works for the greater whole, then lets use it. NY is one of the safest places city in the world and thats got to mean something.
