Telecom (In NZ) are really bad.
the CEO recently said that they had used 'Confusion and deceit' as a marketing tool for years, and that that was ok!!!
MY inlaws have their phone line damaged somehow, and it took them 3 weeks to fix it, and they got nothing in return - as their mobile was Vodafone they wouldnt even divert their calls.
This, at a time when my Mother in laws mother was in hospital in Holland for cancer treatment - they were so pissed off at not being able to ring!
Plus they are a monopoly here and are EVIL
