yeah, good old winter.
where i live it doesnt snow (it is foggy fairly often instead - decnet trade) but we have had a hell of a lot of rain lately - my father-in-laws farm is almost like one big swimming pool (albeit one filled with muddy, shitty water).
while our winter temperatures are probably not as bad as yours (worst has been -3 lately) our houses are crap, and have 2/3 of 5/8 of bugger all insulation, i mean, there is nothing like misty breath when you are lying in bed!
