After a successful test on the erg (rowing machine) I was invited to try out for the national lightweight coxless fours, for rowers under 23 years of age. Today were the tryouts and I made it!! If all goes well (i.e. if we row hard enough next saturday -- a week and a half from now) then we will have earned ourselves a ticket to the World Rowing Championships Under 23 (which, alas, is only in Belgium and not somewhere exotic...
)
