Both Bosses, from IWD I. The demon gave me a hell of a time the first time I played the game. And the Dragon was my first dragon so there was a Wow factor there, and just when I thought I had defeated her I relized she was not finished yet.
Personality in a game well irenicus takes the cake, never liked the final battle to much. Never felt a sense of accomplishment like the IWD bosses.
