I thought about that too at first, and wanted to vote for that like most did. But then I suppose put yourself in that person's shoes... the reason for I'm Back threads is not really informing people that you are back but rather telling them why you were absent, what happened to you since then... etc.
In the end I voted for Where Are You From Polls. I mean you can easily see that in person's profile...
