very good guide on how to find them:
1) Start the game
2) Don't hack in items from an old character just because you don't like being naked
3) Play the game
4) Play the game
5) Play the game some more
6) Find something cool
7) Go, "Woohoo!"
8) Keep playing
9) Go go go
10) Find something even cooler
11) Go "BOO-YA!!!"
12) Look back on yourself as you started playing the game, and reflect on what a doofus you were for thinking you
needed great items right from the very start
