Except it only affects one target, who you have to hit first. And, if the target doesn't have PfMW up anyways, he's already dead from my frontline fighters, whom are inevitably Improved Hasted. [/QUOTE]Well, yes. But there are certain monsters (bosses mostly) that can be dealt with more quickly with Harm than with brute force. Yaga-Shura and Abizigal being two of them.
